|Meet The Tribals|
|1 Hour | INR 900 Per Person|
The Bhil tribe forms an important community, which inhabits mainly the hilly regions surrounding Udaipur. They are the second-largest tribal group in Rajasthan. The tribe apparently derives its name from 'bil', meaning bow, which refers to their original talent and strength. A Bhil community known as a 'pal' normally sprawls over scattered settlements without a distinct boundary. A 15 minutes walk from the Resort brings you to a typical Bhil settlement. See how the tribals live and get to know a little bit about this 'warrior' tribe, their costumes and lifestyle.
|Call Of The Hills|

Udaipur is not just about the lakes. The Resort is surrounded on all three sides by the Aravalli Hills, making it an ideal base for a short trek. Accompanied by a Bhil tribal, you explore the lush green hills which have been his home for generations. As you climb higher, you also get an amazing view of the Fathesagar Lake within the distance.

After a visit, drive further to Nagda, which is famous for this unusual temple that dates back to the 10th century. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and it is made in two structures, one by a mother-in-law and another, by a daughter-in-law. You then drive to Nathdwara, reaching there in time for lunch. After lunch, visit Shri Nathdwara (a pathway to Lord Shri Krishna). This was built in the 17th century on spot exactly identified by the Lord himself. The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word 'Yuj' which means 'to unite' or 'to join'. It is about connecting the body and the mind physically, mentally and spiritually. While the best time to practice Yoga is early in the morning or in the evening, you can practice it anytime, anywhere. It is as much a work out of the mind, as of the body. After a personalised consultation, your gentle teacher will take you through a series of body and mind postures.
